Nightingale Armor = Batman.

I cannot help but notice how similar Nightingale armor and the Bat Suit look.

Doesn't look similar at all to me.

If anything, it is more similar to the Thief Games.

My PC doesn't wear the undergarments outside when I equip nightingale armor, so no.

I see no resemblance at all, either. As a matter of fact, I am with Echonite on it being more similar to the Thief series.

You know, I really want to make a Batman character. Full Nightingale armor, Detect Life/Dead for Detective vision, Archery(pretend arrows are Batarangs), Runes for explosive gel, using unarmed combat heavily, and pretend every enemy I kill is just knocked out.....forever. But it's a shame you can only get the Nightingale armor from the Thieves guild, because....well y'now....Batman working for thieves....

If it's worn on the outside, then it's not underwear, is it?

Batman looks good. Nightingale armor does not. Therefore, Nightingale Armor =/= Batman.

Only relation I can match is the general dark shade of the armor.

It's not that my definition of underwear is wrong, but the superheros wear the underwears wrong :P

If you only put on underwear and nothing else, it's still underwear. Just because you choose to not wear regular clothing doesn't change the name of the item. :twirl:

You know, I find it odd that we categorize panties and bra as underwears, but we never categorize blazers and jackets as "abovewear"

yeah, I just coined the term of the ages

Have you seen the latest line of abovewear? That John Varvatos really is a visionary!
