I was playing through Morrowind yesterday when a thought came into my head: could the Nine Divines Religion work in real life? It's plausible. They did it with star wars and Jedi-ism, and The Elder Scrolls games have a large hardcoe fanbase, so why not? I'll start a petition here. Reply to this comment with the word "Aye" and if I get 100 ayes, I'll get to work on starting this baby up.

It seems more like the OP would like a poll of all of our opinions on whether or not we could adopt the Imperial pantheon in real life. I would highly advise adding a poll to the thread, and quickly removing the word petition. It really isn't even a petition, as it is not trying to change anything anywhere.

And it really isn't a real life religion, I don't see anything about any real life religions in there (unless you count Jedi-ism). It is about making a Tes religion into a real life cult, which I don't think falls under that category.

My vote? I suppose it could work, but I don't see why you would want to. Plus, our world has never been attacked by Daedra, been enslaved by elves, or conquered by a big stompy robot. And everyone knows polytheism is so two milleniums ago B)

Seriously? I'm sorry but this is just....Honestly? If you have even the faintest grasp of the idea behind TES metaphysics, you'd know that there's no way a religion would work like this. Also, I believe Jedism is a religion which simply follows the Philosophical ideas behind Star Wars.

There is a big difference, and as said before, petitions aren't allowed here. Sorry, just stating my honest opinion.
