I'm in Nipton, and there's 2 computers (one inside the hall one outside) that have an option to "reset mainframe connection" or something similar. When you do it you get a message that they're doing something, and then.... nothing happens.

What gives? Are they for a quest I'm not on or something? Or is this another example of computers not doing what they're scripted to do (like the ones in the Bison Steve in Primm)?
