If heading north toward nipton, Cats bungalow is the first one when walking into town, and right across from her house is general store where Cat and Ace are, and everyone else is in her bungalow

I think they rented out the trailers, or maybe some of the houses, not sure..

But do you want to meet in a drafty town hall or in the Captain's Club calling that as Alexander used to be a captain, anyway the trailers can be the rooms you can rent them or buy them, as the hotel would probably have the keys to the trailers, get rid of the back space just have alexanders room and stairs leading down the basemant into a snooker room and alcohol store, a poker table in the main foyer with a few chairs and tables scattered around and facilities in the back rooms, I know it sounds extravagant but I'm gonna do it.
