J.T. tapped his chin and furrowed his brow deep in thought, he decided to get up and join the others, "May I?" He asked, the Courier gestured for him to sit.
"I understand that a casino in Nipton is a prime location that would reep benefits, but we are already stretched pretty thin. Were you thinking of utilizing one of the existing buildings, or building one from scratch? Either way, as I said, we're stretched thin as it is, even with Veronica and Boone handling the security end of it, I don't see how we could build a casino and have it runnin' in no less than a year." J.T. looked at Cat, "we already have a clinic about to begin construction, and the repairs from the encounters with the Legion. Would you also employ workers to help with the construction? I mean, don't get me wrong, I'd help out as much as possible, but Cat comes first. She really needs a clinic, her bungalow just isn't cutting it."

New Vegas Bosses - Lucky 38 Cocktail Lounge - Morning
Terrence motioned for J.T. to sit with them when he decided to chime in. He questioned in regards to the casino, and whether they would build one from scratch or use one of the existing building. HE was concerned about stretching the town sources too thing. He nodded in agreement to what J.T. had to say. He got up from his seat and headed out to look out the window. He looked at the people as they slowly made their way across the strip working and enjoying life. Then he saw Freeside, he knew some people were struggling to survive there and would readily do anything for money. The nice thing about the Lucky 38 was that it was the tallest building in the Strip and overlooked everything. He could see far into the waste and could catch glimpses of McCarran when the lounge spun that way.
“I understand your concerns Mr. Taylor. Nipton is a small town with a few concerns. We have been planning in constructing a new casino for some time now. We just have not found a suitable location for such venture. Look around New Vegas, many people here live in squalor and would readily lend a hand for a job. This endeavor we are proposing will be one of the largest operations of labor the Mojave has yet to see. We will be providing the workers and materials for this venture, believe us we will not stretch you thin.”
“As for the clinic, we might be able to provide you with some help. We might divert some of the workers to help you and your venture, but remember our main focus will be the casino. No this casino won’t be on the scale of what we currently have here in the Strip, that would almost be an impossible feat. What we have planned is a modest 3 story casino. Now, with you becoming a trade hub you will need places to house travelers, and what we have planned is a casino on the first floor, with a full staff, either from residents of the town or those that we hire. The second floor will serve as low price hotel rooms, and the third floor will be mainly suites and a penthouse for VIPs. It’s a modest but grand venture, we want to protect the Mojave and provide the means for residents to survive and make a living.”

Sam Jenkins - General Store - Morning
Sam was wickedly staring at Sam and her beautiful light blue sundress. She looked at Reggie with lust in her eyes, and enjoyed the feel of Reggie’s hand sliding up her bare leg. She shivered in ecstasy at the feel of her soft, warm hand. When Reggie leaned in towards her ear as she wanted to say something to her, she unwillingly let out a soft moan. She wanted Reggie so badly, but she wondered if she had those same intentions. At least she had taken a seat next to a machete just in case she tried anything.
She let out a chuckle when Reggie asked for aspirin, all her thoughts came crashing down as she said those words. She was completely way off to what Reggie wanted. However it all returned when Reggie softly kissed her neck, and then asked for some private time later. “I’m sorry, honey. I don’t have any aspirin, darling, I’m so sorry, but return after noon, and we can talk in private upstairs. No one should be bugging us then, I’ll ask Lisa to give us some alone time or perhaps join us?” She slowly got off the counter and caressed Reggie’s arm, she leaned in and gave Reggie a light kiss on the lips, “Now I need to get back upstairs before they start wondering what I’m doing, I’ll see you later, sweetie.” After saying that she slowly made her way upstairs as Reggie stared on, she gave her a nice view of her posterior as she walked upstairs, coyly giggled.
