Cat Taylor - Nipton - Clinic - Delivery Room

"Yes, I know it's hard and you are tired," Cat soothed Reggie, who was hanging on to Ace's hand for dear life. "The Buffout should kick in any moment and when it does, you will feel it, Cat reassured her. "Now, wait for your contractions and push with them, it will be riding a wave on Lake Mead. Go with it, never against it," Cat instructed the exhausted woman. She saw the a contraction wash over Reggie and called out, "Now, push now!"

Reggie asked for her mother and Cat called over a nurse. "I didn't know Reggie's mother was in town. Please, sent one of Mitchell's guards over to Reggie's house and see if there's a Mrs. Torrez," she told the nurse, who nodded and slipped out of the room.

Cat rubbed the small of her back and blinked the sleep from her blood-shod eyes. It has been a long night and Cat hoped that the twins would finally decide to leave their mother's womb. Once the nurse had left, Cat turned her full attention back to Reggie.

"I've sent Nurse Cindy to fetch your Mother, my dear," Cat said with a smile and saw Reggie's face scrunch up, as another contraction hit her. "PUSH," Cat called out. She had positioned herself between Reggie's leg and lifted the cloth that covered Reggie's knees, to check on the progress. "It's crowning! One of the babies is trying to push through. Now, you have to help it Reggie, help your baby see the light of the world," Cat called out excited.

Alexander Winter – Nipton
Alexander hummed a tune as he unlocked his car and slid into the driver’s seat, he had with him a letter and pass, he shut the door behind him and slid the key into the ignition and started the engine, checking the road was clear he slowly drove out, when he reached the edge of town he sped to a calm 20mph and then as he reached the road to primm, accelerated to 30mph, he drove up to Sloan, throwing a mock salute to a guard at primm as he passed the town, he carried on reaching Sloan and a waiting brotherhood patrol.

Paladin Ramos Greeted him “We received the delivery, must’ve been hard to secure a fat man and mini-nukes” Alexander smiled “Anything to help a faction devoted to keeping order” he smiled and carried on “I have the reply here” he said passing over the letter from earlier with a reply accepting the brotherhoods offer after reading it Ramos spoke “Change of Plan Mr. Winter, rather than becoming a scribe and considering your combat experience, we’d like you to become a Knight and help train new recruits when possible, we’d also like to ask you to harbour any brotherhood scouts if they pass through Nipton”.

Alexander nodded “It would be an Honour” he stated and started to climb back into the car, then turned around “One last thing, I’d like to propose a mission to vault 19, I’ll hire as many mercenaries as possible and we’ll take out as many powder gangers as possible, then perhaps we could focus on fiend territory, they utilise many energy weapons” Ramos smiled “I’ll ask Elder McNamara, steel be with you” Ramos intoned and Alexander replied “And you too” as he climbed back into the car an set off towards Vegas.
