Nipton Road Service Station?

Anyone know if the Nipton Road Service Station is part of Nipton, or a separate location altogether?

If I recall it was between Primm and the NCR outpost in the SW edge of the map. It should be on the road west from Nipton.

I think thats the Nipton Road Pit Stop or Rest Stop, the Service Station and its Skill book has been eluding me for hours now.
