Hilarious bug where the Powder Gangers in Nipton crucify themselves!

Steps to reproduce:
1) Saved my game just outside the Nipton Hotel in Nipton
2) Loaded the save
3) Entered the Nipton Hotel and exited
4) Walked to the crucifixes and talked to the Powder Gangers
5) They just couldn't stand me...
