Right now I am at level 49. I play just about an hour or two every day and can't seem to get beyond this point. All my major skills are 100 plus and my minor skills (with the exception of speachcraft) are 3 at 90% and 9 at 100%...The progress to the next level has no red in it nor has it moved in over a month. Seems like the last time I played this game I made it to level 51.

Major and Minor skills are what counts towards leveling in this game. If those skills are maxed, then your not going to level your character, much in your case.

Since all, I mean all, the content levels with your character, there is no real need to level any more than you are. You are already past the point that any new creatures or quests are unlocked (low 20's for that).

The only way to level your character now is to go to Jail so your skills drop and you can build them back up again.

Me, I get to the point, around 40 to 45, that my character for all intents and purposes stops leveling and it's fine really.
