How you made it to Noah's Vault: Michael was taken as an experimental group by West Tek facilities to see whether or not the experimental test subject could withstand both the environment of a Vault and the experiment that Noah's Vault had done. Michael was aware of what Noah's Vault was in the first place however.

He was used to both keep a pure strain of humanity going, making him impervious to mutations(not radiation however) and as an "Overseer" of sorts for a West Tek Vault. The first one was successful after 35 different implants and transplants, however the second one was not.

Personality: Michael is an intelligent and a sort of sadistic person, especially because of the brain implant which doubles as a computer. However, he values his own life due to the computer's sentience and Carol's life. He's a bit sarcastic when dealing with people who are enemies with him, mostly for fun but also to weaken their guard. A caring person to his friends and ruthless to his enemies.

According to the accident reports some sort of melt down occurred and Armand, along with all of his staff were exposed to fatal amounts of radiation. Watching his once powerful, intimidating father whittle down to skin and bones had an effect on young Joachim, and he immediately decided he wouldn't get into the weapons business as his father had.
How you made it to Noah's Vault: A mixture of luck and misfortune. After Joachim's father passed and control of his vast company shifted to him, Joachim liquidated the weapons manufacturing empire and began investing in nuclear prevention programs. As tensions built up between the various superpowers of his time, Joachim knew what was coming. He immediately used a large portion of his wealth to purchase himself a spot in one of the few vaults left, having no idea what it's actual purpose was.
What was your past life job: Millionaire playboy. Joachim had received a decent education at Harvard Law (his father donated a large sum to the renown university to ensure this) but in his 19 years he made it a habit of blowing through his fathers money in various typical ways. Due to his upbringing he received advanced classes in fencing as well as hand to hand combat training from various personal trainers (this was in part due to the fights Joachim would get himself into due to his big mouth).
What do you want to do for a job in the Vault: Whatever may be required of him. His skills are fairly limited to protecting himself and spending money, however.
Personality: Almost annoyingly calm under pressure. Will often make jokes in inappropriate times to try and "lighten the mood". Of course like anybody else he has a serious side. Joa will get down right vicious if he feels he, or Jameson is being threatened. Can be a "smart ass" on account of his education which has gotten him into many fist fights in his life time.

When the Rp starts you will either begin running at the Vault door (Enterance) In your Vault room, heading towards it or you may begin before the attack starts. The G.O.A.T test will begin shortly after the bombs drop when it is declared safe. In the Rp try and get in depth with your character personality, Pets, Family, friends other Rp players. I have many Ideas to keep the Rp fun and interesting.
