Matthew had been peacefully sleeping after a hard day of training of smits, who then had tried to destroy the vault… When suddenly, Matt was rudely awoken by someone screaming, “ Leave me alone you son of [censored]” and then rush into Matt’s room…

can't a man get any sleep in this vault

“Shut the [censored] up” Matt said as he got out of bed and put on his vault-Tec dressing grown (blue with vault-Tec logo on back) whilst smits shouted at someone outside again before sitting down on matt’s chair

Matt opened his door and looked outside… no one there….

Jesus Christ now he’s imagining stuff…

Matt turned and looked at smits “ first you almost destroy then he wake me up stating someone is [censored] chasing you Jesus Christ you just like that annoying corporal in the army who kept breaking everything!” matt shouted at smits

“Hey wait minute it’s you! " Matt said as he then walked over to suitcase and pulled out a famed picture of matt, sergeant dock, corporal smits and several other soldiers (victor is one of them) around a captured Chinese chimera in 2076

Matt gave smits the picture “ look that’s us in 2076 now calm down and tell me what happened... and has that doctor fella done anything to you?

Smits Vectov

I decided to keep quit thinking I might piss him off some more. I accepted the picture, I looked at the next guy It was. I stopped focusing my vision, me!

I was sitting on the side of the Chimera holding up a flask I had a grin ear to ear. I looked at the man beside me who had is arm around me also had a grin. Who is this , I wondered. Squinting at the nametag.

Private Victor

I pointed." that’s the man he was chasing me down the hall way"! I said.

Remember ... Remember Echoed a voice in my head.

I flipped the picture over it was dated. 2067, Dog company successfully captured Chinese Chimera Depot no casualties. Men drink to there success.

"This really is me and this...this is Victor! I remember now, before the bombs we were outside when we got in the vault". I stopped. We were brought into a room Victor he went mad. I dropped the picture it smashed on the floor. I know what the Doctor did he was trying to get back my memories! This is that Overseer fault, I’m going to kill that son of a [censored]! I tried getting up but weakness flooded over me, I slouched back Ignoring the Technician. Feeling my pocket I felt a flask I looked at it there was an Engrave meant. Victor I opened it and took a swig.

Overseer

Awakened by a beeping noise I rushed to my terminal. One of the cameras detected movement I rushed to the intercom. "Send a guard to the restricted zone cameras detected movement"! I ordered.

I tired man groaned. "I’m on my way". He said. I watched as a man walked slowly into the lab. "No one here Overseer." He moaned. I thought.

"Is the terminal on"! I yelled. "No Overseer It is off". The guard said letting out a yawn.

Holy [censored]! Yelled the Guard who went screaming out into the halls upholstering his pistol. He unloaded his clip into the room. "What the hell is going in!”? I yelled. The Guard ran into the room moments later he came out with a rat-roach Caracas. "I’m not sure what it is Overseer but it butt ugly". He said in a panic.

I chuckled. "This man is not one of the original security I hired,” I thought in my head. I told the guard to leave and I wondered off to get some sleep.

Nariko waited outside the Overseer's office until he heard the shouting stop, followed by foot steps getting closer to the door.
"This is my only chance at this."
The door slid open to reveal the Overseer. Nariko pushed himself into the shadows even more.
Sleepily, the Overseer walked out of the door way heading towards his room.
The door began to slide closed and Nariko hurled himself through as silently as he could, being sure to slip a pencil into it so that it couldn't close all the way.
He stood for a moment, letting his eyes adjust to the darkness.
The Overseer's office was the same general layout as any other, but with several more screens on the personal terminals.
He wasted no time in starting up the password screen.

Password:
"What could that one be?" He thought to himself, "This will take a while but I'm going to have to hack it."

Ares Warren

Ares stood in the corner of the cafeteria. It was late at night, but Moore and Zeek were both out still atempting to gain votes in the upcoming election for security chief. Zeek sat at the opposite end with his posse, a group of gaurds about ten strong. He was eying Moore, who sat at the opposite end with only about four gaurds. It was a tense situation, as some of the late night eaters sat in between the two groups. Zeek and Moore would occasionaly stand up, talking to the citizens. But Ares could tell the citizens only wanted to eat, as their expressions told the whole story.

Ares stood of in a corner, not bothering to eat. His stomach was full due to an earlier meal, and Ares would rather watch the men than dig in to any food. It seemed like forever, but slowly less and less people entered the cafeteria. It was 11 now, and Ares could feel his body urging for rest. Ares was seconds from leaving the room, until two figures suddenly stormed in. Ares recognized them as Huck and Finn, the two bodygaurds of Zeek. They walked over and talked to Zeek for a few seconds. As Zeek listened, his expression suddenly changed from boredom to excitement.

Zeek quickly stood up, and walked directly towards Moore. As Zeek approached, Moore and the other gaurds sitting at his table stood up.

"Mr. Moore! You have been prosecuted and will be trialed under suspicion of treason! I am to escort you to the holding bay immediately!" yelled Zeek.

Moore's complexion changed. His face showed a sign of fear. And then Moore looked at Ares. His complexion showed signs of sadness and remorse, as if he knew that his ending was coming. Seconds later he looked away, back towards the emotionless figure of Zeek. In what seemed like milliseconds Moore made a break for the door. Zeek quickly whipped out his pistol and fired, round after round towards Moore's direction. Gunfire erupted from everywhere, bullets drowning out the cries of the few civilians.

It was chaos.

OOC: I'm under the impression some of the gaurds didn't follow under the overseers regime. Now all that tension has been released.

Password Accepted
Nariko began to hear a few sounds being carried through. He knew he had to work fast.
He injected the holodisk and began looking through the secret files.
The first thing that caught his eye was "Personal Log"

"We have a success, finally. And this one responds to commands, rather than becoming an enraged brute. Although I could deal with having an army of people like Mr. Kennedy. Once the Doctor is finished with my little militia, however, he will need to be silenced. Its enough trouble that he is out talking with that one who keeps poping up like a migraine. But when he finds out what happened to the children, he is sure to turn on me. If he hasn't already. I'm still not sure why he insisted I make that idiot one of my guards or that kid the detective. Maybe he is trying to give them chances to bring me down, while at the same time working for me under the false belief that I will keep his kids safe. I don't know what is out there in that world right now, but after I emerge with my army of freaks under my control, I might as well be the ruler of a dead world."

Nariko heard several shots echo through the vents and he quickly powered off the terminal, taking the holodisk with him.
He turned and sped to the door, removing the pencil and letting the door open. He quickly leapt out before it closed and locked behind him.

He left right before he saw the last section on the list.
Next subjects: Akira Hoshi AKA "That little chinaman's useless sister"
That should calm the bastard down.
If she is a failure, take him under some sort of charges.
After that, one of the guards who seems to be a bit too uncomfortable recently.

Smits Vectov

I was in shock; my entire life washed away because of that bantered overseer. "When I get my hands on him". I thought. I looked back up at Matt no doubt thinking I’m a mad man.

"So what was it like? You know serving our country, I don’t remember much I don’t even remember you. I'm guessing you were one of those stuck up losers in the military.

I let out a loud laugh the liquor was already getting to me. I felt my leg pocket I grinned another Flask I took it out and handed it to Matt.

Overseer

"Wake up Overseer there’s a firefight in the meeting room"! Yelled a man who stopped by a sudden bang. He died.

Springing out of bed and rushed to the desk I sprung it opened and grabbed my 44. "Looks like your getting some more blood". I mumbled. I marched out the door and headed to Vault Security’s hq. "Tell me now what is going on!" Eight men trying to get the clothing on stopped some falling to the ground. An Officer ran up, "Zeek and Moore were having a debate and a fight has broken loose we don’t know the casualties". Said the Officer.

"Everyone get ready now follow me were going to go crash this party"! I shouted. Seven men and I ran with haste down the halls a man ran up and grabbed me by the chest.

"Overseer please my wife been shot help me get her to the clinic"! Begged the man. A Guard ran up. "You dare touch the Overseer"! He shouted and threw the man aside crashing into the wall. I grinned and kept moving the firing was getting louder.

"Open the door now be ready to kill anyone in our way"! I yelled. The door opened, there were men on each side on the room behind desks. My guards raised there fire arms, I begin to shout.

"We will have order in this vault!" A wounded man crawled over to me weeping he left a trail of blood. I raised my 44. And shot him staining the floor. Four of my Guards looks weary when Zeek game up behind a desk. His arm was wounded. "Zeek you have failed me in keeping this vault under control"! I yelled everyone else was quite. I walked over noticing there were arm men who were ready to take a shot at me.

"Zeek I want you to go and tend that wound". I said calmly. "Sir...” "You heard me". Zeek turned and limped one step, raised my 44. "No longer will you fail me"! Zeek turned around meeting a barrel at his head. Wai....

BANG

Nariko sped down the hall, not knowing that the Overseer and his armada was right behind him.
As soon as he got to the meeting room, bullets flew uncomfortably close to him. He had no time to stop, so he threw himself under a table and began crawling, invisible to the fire fight.
There were the feet of about three guards blocking one of the hallways, and it looked like they weren't going to be moving any time soon.
"No time for this. I have to get back to Akira and keep her safe!"
He thought back to one of the more painful memories. It was painful because it was one of the last with his mother.

"Imagine your hand, flat and hard as a board. Make it real."
Nariko pushed his hand into the weakest point on the first guard's leg, and before he could react to the pain, pulled his foot out from beneath him while using the momentum to throw himself most of the way out from beneath the table and between two guards.
He hit both of them in the back of the knees simultaneously, dropping them both to their knees.
Nariko pulled himself up with the table and threw his knee into the first guard's neck.
Before the other two could react, he threw his hand into the one on his right's neck while blocking a hit from the guard on his left.
The guard on the floor pulled his pistol up and Nariko pushed his hand away just as he shot, causing the bullet to go straight into the guard on his left's eye.
Nariko then twisted around throwing his foot into the air and then into the back of the standing guard's head, smashing his face into the table.
He used the force to pull the gun from the remaining guard's hand, and in one fluent motion, pushed it into the guard's forehead.

"Don't!" The guard shouted.
After a moment, Nariko shot him in the knee and turned to the hallway.
But right as he was going to sprint down the hallway, he heard the Overseer at the entrance of the room.
"No longer will you fail me!"

He turned to see the Overseer with a gun to a guard's head.
Just then, the Overseer's eyes fell on Nariko and the holodisk.

Akira couldn't make out who the dark shape in the room in front of her was, but knew weeping when she heard it.
She had heard the fighting and had come to see if Nariko was alright, even though she knew he would be upset with her being out of the room.
She hesitantly walked up to the shape on the floor and asked, "Are you alright?" She thought he would most likely by the gun fire in the next room.

The fuzzy head turned to her and said, "Oh thank the dark god! My leg is broken but wife has been shot, and I need to get her to the medical wing."

Before she could respond, she felt a large hand on her shoulder. She whipped around in fright to see another, lighter figure.
"Don't worry, Akira. They will be alright. As will you... I'm sure... your brother will come for you..." The Doctor said.
She couldn't see the syringe he was holding or that he was close to tears.

After a minute of nothing happening or being said, she asked, "What do you mean?"

Eventually, the Doctor leaned in close to her ear and whispered, "Run. I'll take care of his wife."
She had made her way there by one of the many tunnels she had discovered during one of her wanderings. But from the looks of it, she wouldn't be safe in their room.
All she could think to do was run away from the shooting.
Halfway down the hall, she ran straight into a guard who shouted, "Overseer! Its the girl!"

OOC: I just gave you the option of chasing after Nariko (even though the Overseer doesn't know what is on the holodisk yet), chasing after Akira, or you could always send Zeek after Nariko and chase after Akira yourself if you want.

Ares Warren

Ares immediately sprang behind the food buffet when the gunfight ensued, leaving him safe from any stray bullets. As Ares wipped of the macoroni that had gotten on his shirt, he heard the overseers loud voice coming from within the battle. He and his gaurds must have arrived, making the odds against Moore go down the tube. Several gunshots later the chaos stopped, and the overseer spoke once again.

"Zeek you have failed me in keeping this vault under control!" yelled the overseer, obviously directed towards Zeek. "Zeek I want you to go and tend that wound."

When Ares peered over the stand, he saw Zeek looking quite dimayed, for the first time. "Sir...?” he said.

"You heard me." said the overseer.

Zeek appeared full with anger as he turned around. Just as Ares was about to leave, the overseer brought up his pistol and slammed against Zeek's head. Blood gushed from the now open wound, and Zeek yelled as he went down. The overseer pointed his magnum straight at Zeek's head, and without hesitation ended the mans life. The shot stunned the other gaurds, as many let out noises of dismay.

Ares couldn't help but feel a sigh of relief. Zeek was a murderer, and now he was gone. Ares also notted that Moore was dead in the corner, and the large hole in his torso indicated the overseer was responsible.

A good man, and a bad man dead. Who is to be the chief now?

Matt Shepard

"So what was it like? You know serving our country, I don’t remember much I don’t even remember you. I'm guessing you were one of those stuck up losers in the military.” Smits said laughing and pulled out another flask and handed it to Matt.

“No thanks “ Matt said placing the flask on desk.

“Anyway, I was a mechanic in Dog Company, you kept on breaking [censored] everything hell even that chimera, 5 MINUTES after I just got it working, although being a mechanic was a lot safe that your job “ matt chuckled

“Although I did get see some action…” Matt said and then heard gunfire coming from the meeting room/ cafeteria.

Matt then walked over to his cabinet, put on his vault suit, combat boots and his welders mask, Matt then he walked over to suitcase and pulled out a shiny 10mm pistol with “DOG” scratched onto the grip.

“Stay here, Lock the door and don’t let anyone, apart from that doctor fella in okay” Matt said as he walked out of room.

Matt walked towards the meeting room, a few people ran past matt towards the Lab, most of them had been injured…

This is worst that I though, I need to go in there and shoot the Leader, that will stop the fighting… hell what are fighting about anyway?

Matt walked into thee meeting room, to his horror to see the Overseer, tell some guard to go the Lab and then shoot him in head once he had turned around....

“You bastard” Matt shouted running to cover on over side of the room

The [censored] need to [censored] die….


Matt looked around, there was a “guard” next to him but he was seemed to be against the overseer and his troops on the otherside of the room “hey” matt said, “ do you know what’s going on? are you fighting the overseer?"

I kept looking through Matts stuff everything in the military was now forgotten in my head my life...gone. Some gunfire sounded off in the distance.

The Overseer, he is my only hope of getting my memory back! I sprung up and run through the halls some security ran past me in a rush their weapons drawn. "I have to save him"!

Ares Warren

A man noticed Ares near the food stand, and walked over to him. Ares recognized him as Matt Shepard, a man he had seen in the reactor room several times.

"Do you know what’s going on? Are you fighting the overseer?" he asked.

Ares immediately shushed the man, hoping the overseer had not heard. When he looked towards the overseer, he was relieved to see the man talking to another gaurd. Pulling Matt into a corner, Ares spoke quietly.

"Yes and no. We don't have the numbers to take him now..." Ares thought, quickly. "Unless we arm the citizens....." Ares continued to rack his brain, thinking of a perfect plan. "I'll need access to the intercom. Can you distract the overseer and his gaurds long enough for me to sneak in to his office?"

Matt Shepard

The Guard immediately shushed Matt, then looked towards the overseer

I guess he doesn’t want the Overseer to know…

The guard then pulled Matt into a corner and spoke quietly.

"Yes and no. We don't have the numbers to take him now...Unless we arm the citizens....." the guard paused for a second "I'll need access to the intercom. Can you distract the overseer and his gaurds long enough for me to sneak in to his office?"

“Yes, I’ll shoot the lights out, no one will be-able to see until they turn on there flashlights, when I shoot the last light Run!” matt replied

Putting on his welder mask, Matt roll-jumped to middle table, then turned and nodded at the guard he was speaking too…

Now or never!

“Now” Matt shouted as he jumped out cover and fired his pistol at the four lights in room, hitting each one, the room fell into darkness….


OOC: Matt is wearing his welder’s mask, when he shot the lights, so no one can see his face until he lifts it up later but everyone could probably guess it’s matt by his unique jumpsuit (looks like the jumpsuit used by the http://images.wikia.com/fallout/images/5/53/Tunnel_Snake_Outfit.png

Ares Warren

As the man shot the lights out, Ares immediately felt his way towards the door. He could hear the yells of the gaurds as they fumbled around, probably tripping over each other. When he reached the door, it quickly slid open. Ares ran through the hall, coming across few citizens due to the fact that it was so late. After what seemed like forever, he finally reached the overseers door. Ares knew the overseer was a somewhat forgetful and lazy man, so when the door opened without a key Ares was relieved.

Too lazy to lock the door...what a mistake.

Ares rushed to the intercom, which was basically a small microphone positioned outside a machine. As Ares approached, he took a short time to calm himself. He needed to sound confident and truthful. Ares pressed the small red button next to the microphone, took a deep breath, and started.

OOC: I'm giving you guys a little extra time before the citizens revolt.

OOC/ There’s a good chance another player will be joining and taking over the clinic as a new doctor. Note if he joins Reidster like you said give him some time to start

Overseer

I looked at the security all standing around in fear. "Clean this place up!" I yelled having no idea others were in here.

I security guard ran out of cover. "Stop"! I shouted. It was too late a man jumped out and shot the lights. Glass shattered around the room, darkness creped upon us.

"Turn your PIP-BOY lights on"! I ordered. One by one a click noise went off as the room was lit by a faint glow. The man with a welders mask was standing out of cover I raised my gun and fired. I loud ting echoed the room the man fell to the ground. I ran up followed by security are weapons aimed at him all around.

I let out a heavy laugh and then went serious. "Who was that who ran off? I demanded. Who was that!”? I threw off his dented welders mask and pointed my gun at his face. "Answer me or you will experience the worst pain you could never imagine. I’m going to make you wish you were dead if you don’t tell me!”

One of the guards let out a small laugh.
