No, casting a second Flesh Spell cancels the prior Flesh Spell.
I would love to be able to mix Stendaar's Aura and Lightning Cloak, but all of the Cloaks cancel the prior Cloak.

No, they don't.
On the other hand, carrying a shield doesn't count as armor. it will stack with your spell.
