Not sure how or when this happened. My radar just keeps showing a red mark just slightly to my left that won't go away. Sleeping, entering a building and reloading didn't work, and it's rather annoying.

I'm playing the Game of the Year Edition off of Steam. The only third-party mod I've got was a fix for General Chase's Overcoat.
