Does anyone know if you can get the Amazon.com pre-order bonus from the other Amazon websites (ie. Amazon.ca)

I think US and CA goes with NTSC, while we in the EU and UK go with PAL, so basically the game wouldn't work, but the code would probably, yes

Thanks. I'm just concerned because I like the Amazon pre-order bonus the best, but I'm not willing to pay the shipping and customs to get them to ship it from U.S. to Canada. A burlap sack mask and soda-can silencer are cool and all but not worth me spending a pile of extra money over

Indeed, i want the spec ops pack but walmart doesn't have it in canada sadface.
