Considering there IS no such thing as a valid Non-Steam version of Skyrim?

Invalid since Fallout NV GECK is not dependent on steam yet the game is.

No, not GotY edition. Have they even released any official DLC yet? It is a "official" copy, just not a steam copy. Our galactic overlords here on this forum may not want you to think that such a thing does exist, but it does.

No there is no official non-steam CK. I'd suggest asking the people you got the game from about the CK.
