None SPECIAL perks where?

Just wondering and reading the blogs again and thought where do the magazine perks get displayed? We didn't see them on the chart. Same with any they add with patches or DLC. Do yuo think there's an exta slot on the chart? :/

There is a perk tab on the pip boy, I assume there is where you can spot all perks, both those you gained from the chart and those gained elsewhere.

Yes, i think it will be like that.

But what about new perks, which will be added via DLCs and mods? I wonder how it will be implemented.

I would assume either they tack on a second poster you can flip too, or just have all DLC perks be of the aquire in game kind.

I noticed the gameplay videos have been very cagey about only showing standard perks on the pc's pip boy... only the standard perks and only the amount that would normally be gained from leveling. There were no perks displayed for magazines, bobbleheads, accomplishments, or questing.

I am not sure what to expect from the extra perks....

we know that mags/books and bobbleheads will add perks... but what about quest given perks (like the ant perks from the "Those" questline in FO3) or accomplishment perks (ala you have now killed 50 critters with guns so you get some extra damage with firearms or you have now sold 10,000 caps to traders so you get a barter bonus, like in FONV)

what do you think we should expect?

I don't think they'll add a separate poster for those. They'll just be added to your list of perks. The level-up perks you have to actually select, the others are just given to you regardless for finding or doing something, they don't need a chart.

I don't expect that they'll add any level-up perks in the DLC. The way they've set it up, it's sort of a closed system. They already have a perk for each point of SPECIAL. At most, I suppose they could add some ranks to existing perks, but given how many there already are, I wouldn't count on it.

As has been said, other non-level-up perks will just show up in your perk list when you get them, they don't need to be on the chart (which is essentially your level-up screen).
