Crytek is in a lose-lose situation here. People moaned for the vote kick feature and now that they've got it another group of people moan about it still.

It's not an "if" dude. I seen people who just get mad and kick players just because they are LEGIT good players. The vote kick feature is being abused quite a bit which is not a good thing.

i highly doubt good players will get 51% of votes. Nobody would want to vote out a legit player from his team.

for server admins it's possible to disable vote-kick ... so not all servers will have vote-kick enabled

and for the time no server admin is on, vote-kick is a alternative, which is not so bad

.81 elite? aww c'mon, I can just barely hold ground with a 1.3. I happen to really enjoy playing against good players although it is punishing at times. I am elite, perhaps, at many things, but crysis 2 is not yet one. you either, I'm afraid. We are in no great danger of being kicked, you and I, so your lack of fear is not misplaced.

I think the kick may be too short, but probably not by much. Besides, different servers can now distinguish themselves from each other a bit more by the way they handle their kicks/bans. I'm going to give it a few weeks. I really want this game to succeed; I dont want to go play infantry.

I knew this would happen with Vote Kick.

Anyways, you need 51% of votes to get kicked. And i request everyone not to engage in hypothetical arguments. No one has been kicked yet. I for one like the vote kick system. I wish it was in BC2. It was frustrating when 90% of ur team was wookie. Now atleast we can kick wookies in crysis 2.

People in your team wont kick you. Therefore there is no chance that gonna happend. If it does.. stop cheating.

Well, if you hate it, come over to Wars. I've never seen anyone kicked off of Wars. I've never even seen a vote to do it.

Not really. People just want a solution against cheaters. Having a kick system is but a quick solution for cheaters, but not only does it not solve the problem, it results in unjust kicks. If Crytek can somehow find a way to eliminate cheaters, nobody will need a kick system.

On more than one occasion, I have been accused of cheating just because my K/D ratio suggests so. Such accusers, if granted admin rights, surely would have kicked me without solid prove. Get anything beyond 20-2, and people will start getting suspicious.

@Crytek - Just friggin' change the percent of players required to vote YES for the vote to pass to 75% or 80%, would leave some room for your friends/mature players to vote NO.

*if someone is too noob for another one, he is gonna unblance the game too and good players will kick him

At the moment most players don't even known how to vote hence the comments ingame.

If you "ruin" the game because you're way to good and people kick you then look for another one. It's actually a good thing that the majority of the people on the server can balance their game for themselves if you take egos out of the equation. Otherwise get your own server and your unkickable.

Raping noobs surely is fun, but do you really need it? Having a vote kick is at least an option if you have cheaters online. So if you get kicked a) take it as a compliment b) take it like a man and c) look for another server.

1. the matches are not long enough, so the vote kick makes no sense in the actual round but only in the next
2. about 50% don't know how to vote
