was wondering if noodle soup is special somehow cause in diamond city they have a vendor that sells only that.

also on the main screen in pipboy it has this icon that looks like a bowl with steam coming off it with a clock in the right corner of the icon/pic what is this

I don't know if it is special, but I like to pretend it is the Ichiraku shop.

The icon signifies that your gaining a benefit from a food item, like a buff or such.

Its just another food item to heal yourself and add a minor buff (forget what it does exactly). And the icon in stats means you have a buff from eating food, you get it after eating anything with lasting effects, such as extra carry weight from cooked Radstag.

only food ate I believe is the noodle cup. but it dosnt say it has any other buff but health.

Somehow that noodle bar and the noodle soup reminded me of Blade Runner, might be a reference, but I'm probably wrong.

Just food that doesn't give you rads. You can sell it for more.

Look at the crops in diamond city, its what you make noodles with so that is what they sell.

The cup with steam above it is a buff that grants 5% bonus exp. You get when youre "well fed".
