Noooooooooo! Skyirm has been taken from me!

Post » Sun Jan 05, 2014 10:19 am

After all of my work!

I woke up, only to walk in the living room to find my TV face down on the floor. It had somehow fallen off the stand where it had been for almost four years!

Screen cracked, lots of bits and pieces rattling around inside. It will turn on, but no picture. No more Skyrim (and other things) until I can get a new TV. :(

I'm going to be friggin' jonesin' after a while!

Wow that's a terrible misfortune. :( Any idea on how it happened? Any cats in the house? :P

A Monitor can work as a temporary solution for the lack of a functional Television.

Blood can be sold to raise funds for a new TV.

Payday Loans and Check Cashing.

Organised Criminal Elements, if You actually can repay them in time.

Pawn the Console to get a new Television.

Actually a Pawn Shop can be a source of a Television at a cheap price...

That's God telling you to get an HDTV  I kid, sorry for your misfortune. I assume it was a standard tv anyway with the description of the screen cracking.

Maybe the real greybeards shouted Dovahkiin and the ground shook causing your TV to fall off....

There is a Pawnshop near me, maybe I'll give them a look see. They've got some nice looking firearms as well (unrelated, of course)

I could try the Dread Zombie spell, but I don't think I could resurrect your television. Sorry for your lost.

"Good day. I'll take that TV... and those two guns over there."

Now that's a weird combo. :P

Nope. I've got (had) that set up, and my laptop. That's about it. Even so, a monitor wouldn't do me much good when I set 10 feet away from the computer.

That was my first thought. A big screen hitting the floor sounds like a bomb going off.

This is a good thing about having grown up in California. I bolt everything down just out of habit.

Quick fortunes finding a replacement.

Be thankful that your xbox is still intact. You can always rejoin the real world once you get a new television.

Hey!

But yes, that's awful luck. I wonder how/why it fell. Seems very strange. Like others my first thought was about a cat.

Until technology these days become smarter than us and take over the world, destroying the human race.

Hmm.. Does sound mysterious.. Perhaps it was Sheogorath messing with you.... That, or there may have been a small earthquake in your area which could easily have caused something to topple, or it was Sheogorath that caused the earthquake in the first place.. anger him in some way?

Does svck though, hope you find a replacement so you can get your "Fix". :)
