Nord Battlecry Boowhoo...

well i was planing to play as a nord warrior but hearing all the other race abilities makes Nord a lame choice.


i mean Nords just get battlecry that makes some enemies flee and you need to run after them :D

3 bandits come to attack me "Activates battlecry" - MOHAHASHAHHAShsSHAH!!! everybody runs, "wait a minute i need to kill you come back!".

i mean look:

KHAJIIT for example gets night eye and claw attacks.

ARGONIANS gets fast recovery and can breath underwater.

wood elf can control animals.

i was thinking to change from nord to redguard to get Adrenaline Rush what does it do slow mo?

Nords also have 50% frost resistance.

Each race also gets skill bonuses. Like one race starts with a higher one-handed weapon skill.

I would use it if I was dying and I needed to get away...I would use the battlecry then flee.

that doesnt bother me i can work skills up eventually,

the only thing that bothers me is the Active abilites

Yes. A forum member who played at Eurogamer said that Character Creation doesn't list all of the bonuses.

Someone else who played did. There were about 5 people who posted hands on impressions.

I don't like the way you spell "Boohoo"

It makes it sound as if you're asking for a man named Boo. Boo is a scary name for a man. It means that they're either Boo Radley, or a ghost. Both cases are equally scary.

I wish all the races had decent abilities like argonians/khajiit/woodelf to give them something unique. Breton my fav race, seems the worst imo. :(

Imperials only get a once-a-day charm spell and find more coins; yet I'm not complaining.
Orsimer and Redguards are equally as useless. Argonians, Bretons, and tall elves got the bigger piece of pie I think.

Yup. It's always the active (passive? perma-effect) abilities that still stand out in the long run. Or something. As far as the new regens go. I imagine the Altmer's was a passive regen, but come to think of it, I still wouldnt mind if it was a once-a-day mana restore like the Argonian's. (Unless they were perma regen HP too.)

The imperials did make me chuckle. More loot everywhere!
