Nord Tombs - why do they look like this?(question)

Post » Wed May 29, 2013 7:59 am

Hi.

I always thought since I started playing skyrim when it was released, why do the nord tombs are built like that from the outside? They have that form like the map mark of a nordic tomb, like in this picture: https://encrypted-tbn0.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcQs_Qt3oner_i241CPsqS7IUi4M8SVZ1xjp8fkXrmh0jCm_AKmTPw

Is there anything in the TES lore that tells that?

Thanks :)

Its supposed to be reminiscent of a dragons rib cage. I believe it was stated by the devs during a making of/pre-release material.
