Hi there , as an elder scrolls player , Ive always played as nords through and through as I believe their the best race in physical and personality characteristics. I mainly play as them to resemble myself being a northerner as I am in real life. Also I believe their friendly and fair people but do not get and the wrong side of them or else their warrior skills will show. My class tends to be a warriors class , someone with a sword and shield , heavy armour and possibly uses a bow. Anyway back to the real question do you play as nords all the time and if so what class do you use and what is 'your' nord like

I have yet to play a Nord!

In the past I have played as Nords, Imperials and Bosmers. No planing on
changing it up this time more than to drop the Imperials.

My first character is almost always a Nord, as I find they adapt to my playing style better than the other races.

Never played as a nord in the past. However i know i will finally play one in skyrim.

Except they are dirty pirates who ravage the coasts of Tamriel. Otherwise yeah, they're beastmode.

Im shocked how many people play as them Thats why when they confirmed TES:V is in Skyrim I was so glad that nords could get more attention as Personally I think dark elves get the most whent they are pure ugly and sound like t.w.a.t.s

I usually play more magic friendly races since I'm always a magic user of some kind. I may branch out though, we'll see

Yeah, I generally play a Nord. I can't wait to make my Eddard Stark/Me styled Pseudo-Paladin. :tops:

Love Nords and they're my favourite race, too, but they aren't my only race by far. I've also played Altmers, Redguards, and Imperials. Never touched the other races, though...

For Skyrim, I think I'll include some Orc playthoughts. They look badass, and they give me the perfect excuse to join the Imperial Legion (by lore, Orcs are fairly common in the Legion).

Always start with a nord. I'm able to relate and get into character much easier due to where I'm from and the people who live around me.

I don't remember what I was in Arena, but my first character in Morrowind was a Nord. But as I got more interested in magic I switched to Breton and never looked back.

Alot of people like magic maybe it's just me that never touches it and only uses the health regeneration spell

Plus, they're really cool.

Normally play a nord for like my third or forth playthough, cause the females are normally cute -sage-

I normally end up playing a Nord eventually, but I always start off as a Breton. Love their magical ability and they make good warrior/mages
