Do Nords have a language?

Daedric is an alphabet, not a language ;)

Doesn't mean it can't be translated.

Hmmm...i can picture it now, teens passing notes in daedric so that teachers wouldn't be able to decipher it, then they are accused of satanism.

It's a shame Bethesda has translated everything to English really. :P

It actually makes some sense in context. what we read in English is really just the language of the Cyrodiilic empire (ecause it was so wierd plaing with sound in shadow of the Colossus) and it has forced most of it's subverted not-quite-slave peoples to adopt it, with the occasional mix-in of things like Sera. Just like how the weight is only confirmed earthly units in Daggerfall, afterwards it was just "encumbrance."

I done that. It dosen't work, the letters often looktoo simillar.

Indeed, most of its foreign-ness comes from the type-face and not the configuration of the letters. Enter Wingdings...
