I have recently noticed that Nords are now experts in light armor. Am I the only one to find it a massive shock? As I remember back in Morrowind Nords were big strong warriors clad mostly in heavy armor and the Imperials were best with light (& medium) armor. Now it seems the tables have turned.

Surely it was better the other way around as Nords are also renown for using two-handed weapons which is slower and could use the added protection of heavy armor? Imperials on the other hand get a shield bonus and restoration to support light.

I've seen alot of Nord Barbarians in Morrowind, who wear light armor. Same goes for the big strong Qarriors you are mentioning.
