So I read today that legendary encounters are more frequent on higher difficulty, so I went from normal to hard. Now I don't know if I'm finally well geared enough, or am just more careful, but it almost feel like the game for easier.

Anyone feel a legit difference between these two difficulties?

If you're setting the difficulty right for your level, you shouldn't notice a difference at all! That's the point.
