Normal Humans

Are there any mods that make people normal humans playable ( not imperial because they look...ugly..haha...not just female either.) I want straight Guys and Girls that look like actual humans and have no messed faces. Any help is appreciated :) Maybe like New Vegas and Fallout 3 style faces.

Oblivion is quite well known for its shockingly poor use of FaceGen. Fallout 3 and New Vegas also suffered this problem; the engine is simply phenomenally terrible at faces, end of story. It is perfectly possible to get a good looking face in vanilla, but this usually requires hours of work in face-gen mode.

You could download a custom race mod, but I am not aware of mods that fix the faces for the default races for the PC. TNR does a pretty good job of getting most of the NPCs looking less like orangutans, though.

Ahh thank you. I think that for it's engine, Fallout 3 and NV have excellent facial adjusting ability, and with mods like Lings and Mikoto it's great haha.

Post your Load Order, so we have an idea of what kind of mods you are using. There is a mod called Improved Facial Textures by Shady Tradesman, this mod is available from TESNexus and Planet Elder Scrolls, It can fix some of the facial issues in Oblivion.
EDITED to cover my ignorance.

There are lots of mods that make cosmetic changes to NPC's and the players character, Beautiful People, Tamriel NPC's Revived (TNR) , Capucine's Character Expansion, Cobl Races, Race Balancing Project, and many others. There are mods that add higher resolution face and skin textures, but most of them are aimed toward males who play female characters. I would say look at the top !00 files on TESNexus, but that can lead you to older mods that have been incorporated into the mods I have listed, like Rens Beauty Pack.
I would look for someting that is in an OMOD format so OBMM can be used for installation, then you can easily remove the mod you do not like and try a different one.
Please take advantage of the first link in my signature before you add different cosmetic mods to your game.
