I found your error
Your Texture Map was WAY to bright. It was complete White. I added a 55% layer black on it and now it looks good 
So it wasn't anything fatal. You should NEVER use complete white in a texture

lol didn't even think of that even though I ran into the same problem today when I was fixing my char's eye color. Good job
