Northshore Landing - "Redguard" connection? (wild co

There's a map of Skyrim with a dagger pinning the map exactly in the place of Winterhold. It's somewhat interesting, the connection between N.Landing&Winterhold - it could be a mining colony etc but that's not the case.

It's most possibly not important at all but it's gave me a somewhat, IMO, fresh idea...

Let's say

*We know that Winterhold was mostly destroyed due to some unknown disaster(various theories).
+
*We can suppose that the next DLC will be called Redguard.
=
*We can connect certain Redguards with the destruction of city.

^^There's some lore about Hiradirge, powerful "earth-mages"/Ansei sect that sank Yokuda.

Winterhold, also sank and the utter destruction is miserably visible even today

Would that be possible that certain "Redguard", Hiradirge remnant did that to Winterhold OR we are send on a quest to find ''the earth-sculpter" ''somewhere'' so that we would rebuild Winterhold from the ruins?(which is one of the fan-wishes)

Sometimes the only thing you can do is to wildly speculate :P
Opinions?

I would say that Winterhold sinking was either a natural disaster or something a mage from the College screwed up.
