Okay, this is a bit immersion breaking so i'm hoping somebody could suggest a fix?

I'm a vampire who has infiltrated the CoW, I joined and then went straight to the sleeping quarters, and svckled on J'zargo. However, Onmund caught me in the act and started yelling etc.

However I got no bounty.

So then I went and svckled on Breylna in plain sight of tolfdir, who yet again kept shouting about assault but no bounty was registered!

I've reloaded saves, can anybody help?
