I was playing the game and decided i wanted to record some game play so i loaded up fraps. When i did this the game looked like it changed resolution it's weird it's like in movies you know the way they have the black border thing at the top and bottom well the game has that all over it. I looked at thew settings and it says 1920x1080 but it's not. I tried uninstalling the game including deleting the settings files and it's still the same.

any ideas

1) Enter Game
2)
3) Restart Game
4)

This will remove the black border. When you want to exit the game just put back into window mode before hand and when you enter again put in full screen.
