Not enough NPC's?

Do you think this game is lacking in the amount of NPC's or named NPC's that provide unique dialogue or quests compared to 3, New Vegas or skyrim?

no. really no. There are alot of name NPC with interesting dialogues. (problems is for some ppl, that most of those name NPC are 1 time dialogues)
