Recently I've seen several ideas for new story elements shot down in these forums -- deep vaults, underwater cities, town management, character families, etc. I'm sure you've seen these same threads. At the same time, there are tons of threads asking for the return of old gameplay elements, factions, etc.

I'm just wondering about the forum's general feeling about introducing new elements to the series -- what's your stance on this?
