I don't know when they stopped, as they arent garanteed to pop up, and i really wasnt thinking about them, but im not getting any random encounters, usually they'd happen at certain sports, ive only had 4 this play through, which leads me to believe that it has to do with having multiple characters, this character hasnt had a random encounter in around 3 days. I only noticed when i was trying to get the random encounter rank 4 shop owners
