i probably am just an Id10T and dont know what im doing but i am running a windows 8.1 build and the Fallout 3 GOTY edition purchased through steam. for some reason it wont install the GECK when i click on it saying that i need to make sure other setups are complete (which boggles my mind since i have no other setups running that im aware of) if anyone has a solution to this it would be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance
