I had the feeling that I was being shorted my found items from my last few dwellers returning from the wasteland, so I kept track this last go around.

This morning I wake up to see that three dwellers returned from the wasteland some time in the night, each fully maxed out with 100 items. The total addition to my current storage items should have been 300. I had 63 storage items in my vault at the time, so when I let the three dwellers back into the vault that number should have risen to 363. It only rose to 309, so 54 of their found items never made it to my vault storage. So it seems like my suspicions were correct, unless there's some other explanation. Note that these were wastelanders that were returning already when 1.4 went live, so none of them had the chance to grab any weapon/clothing recipes. They were carrying 300 weapons and clothing only. Not sure if this is 1.4 update related or not, but I don't remember noticing this prior to the new patch. I really hope I'm overlooking something here.

I will be writing down all 100 items of the next dweller that returns (in the order that they appear on the scrollbar below them) and cross reference that versus the new items that show up in my inventory once I accept him/her back into my vault and see if I can pinpoint the timeline of which items don't transfer over to my vault storage.

I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini running on Android 4.4.2, auto-updated Fallout Shelter to 1.4 on go-live date.
