Well I'd say a good few months ago I signed up for the newsletter and the beta program and left it at that. Recently I decided to tell my brother about it and have him sign up as well and our friend that way we can all play together. Thing is though my brother called me and was tell me about a newsletter he got in his Junk folder and then all excited like I checked my mail and.... nothing. I already have harold@bonsai.fallout-on-line.com under my safe senders list and even added the @bonsai.fallout-on-line.com as well. What is going on? I really would like to be included to be chosen as a beta tester or at least get the letters if I'm not chosen.

The email is probably being deleted by your ISP or email provider, then.

I'm guessing their spam filter flagged it for spam and deleted it before it ever got to your mailbox. Do you have SBCGlobal? They love to delete our emails and we can't get them to change it.

We both use hotmail for our e-mails. I don't understand how he got his and not mine.

I tried as well with my comcast.net e-mail and that one didn't recieve the newsletter as well.

I feel like such a spaz, everytime I see I have a mail in junk mail I'm like all hopeful and I smile then when it's not it I get down and frown.

guess i can jump in here and whine too :p not getting the newsletter either, dunno if its spray deleting it but i too am worried that a possible beta invite might get lost... anything to do here? like contact the mail provider? In gaming terms... Life's a die, then you bich.

Ya, I haven't recieved a newsletter either. I even signed up for the Beta twice to see if I'd get the newsletter, but one hasn't found it's way into my inbox or even spam box yet. My ISP does not interfere with email that's sent to me. They even backup emails if I have problems with Outlook. So don't think it's that.

Should I try signing up again or what should I do? Is there an editor or someone who publishes the digital newsletter that I could speak to get my email added to the list? Thanx.

i dont think mine deletes mails either cause i get all that viagra schite and all that in the spam folder. even added the correct things to allow the newsletter but still nada. i then signed up with my second email adress and it works.. gmail the thing is i talked to chris after the first letter and he confirmed that a mail has been sent to my spray account.. so now im really confused... I use Hotmail and I got it no problem so I doubt provider is much of an issue. The letters were however initially sent to my spam folder but after letting the system know the sender was safe they arrived properly to my inbox.

Something to look into is your spam filter setting with Hotmail.

I think in certain cases e-mail marked as extreme spam is automatically deleted so it's worth looking into.
