It means one or more mods are improperly installed. You are missing meshes. Don't just install the .esp file and leave it at that. Install everything that comes with the mod: Meshes, Textures, Sounds, everything.

The only mods I have installed are the offical add ons by Bethesda I just do not have them clicked. Is that why?

Do you have an .esp called "DLCShiveringIsles.esp" in your mod list? If so, is there a check mark next to it? If there's not, put a check mark next to it. That .esp loads up resources that you need for Shivering Isles.

What I'm asking is: is there a check mark next to it? Start your Launcher. Click on Data Files. Make sure there is a check mark next to that .esp.
