all i wanted to know was if i could buy the original version and play the add-on packs, since on my 360 hard drive i have all the add-ons from when i owned the goty version??? and it got removed wtf?

Piracy talk. When you sold the GOTY version, you sold the rights to the add-ons that came with it. Having your cake and eating it too by playing add-ons that you no longer have the rights to would be piracy.
