Looking to rp a character that is not the Nerevarine. was very interested in the "Nerevar Say Nerevar" mod but the link on Planet Elder Scrolls no longer links to the mod download. does anyone know where i can find this mod or one very similar to it?

It's almost certain to be at Morrowind Modding History. It can be difficult to find what you want though.
