I noticed something!

I noticed that in the Container City Preview Part 2, at about 1:07 he accidentally shot his own Security teammate, I also noticed some red numbers around the friendly shot teammate, does that mean you LOSE XP if you shoot your own teammates? Because green numbers pop up around an enemy when you shoot them, so you lose XP when you shoot teammates? That makes sense but I wanna hear what you guys think.

Yeah I saw it too, and I'm pretty sure it was -xp popping up. Which is a good thing... because there will always be asshats that will TK just to annoy people. Although they probably won't care if they lose xp, but it's still good none the less.

As far as I know...

Friendly fire is an opition for on or off. If you damage a teamie, yes you do loose exp.

As trigger happy as I am with the need to play with the molotov cocktails... I'm hoping for that opition to be turned off LoL

Then again if there is no friendly fire, I can see where peeps would abuse it just to check for ops within there ranks.

in the most recent footage, badman accidently shoots his teammate, and does not lose health but he does get yelled at.

As long as they don't pull a Bungie and boot you after one "betrayal" I'll be happy. That was one of the things that ultimately stopped me from playing Reach. Unfortunately, my connection isn't good enough for me to go back to Halo 3 with its very small player base.
