These random quests that just auto start are driving me crazy. Are hardly ever seem to notice I got one then it fails. The radio stations also there are so many random signals I never know which I heard already, if I even notice the pop up...

Is there any mod or working idea mod to make there random notifications last longer on screen an add a SOUND to them?

That could definitely stand to be cleaned up. I feel your pain. Junk just shows up in my quest log and then I have had the "You're running out of time..." and I get even more sidetracked than I already was.
