On a side note, did you see how Gears 3 got a 10? I can hardly wait the 5 days.

Xbox magazine gave Gears 3 a 10? I'm shocked.

What I mean is that I have heard stories that the guards act more realistic, but then I hear stories about how the guards are telepathic like in Oblivion

In fairness, The Guardian also gave it 5 out of 5 (and 100% on Metacritic).

The last one didn't receive a 10 because of it's story and some other aspects of it. It seems that this one improved what I didn't like about Gears 2.

It can't have a 100%. IGN gave it a 9. Metacritic must not have factored that in yet.

@hemiQ Was this cover story based on their Gamescom hands on preview?

I just read this article as well - one thing it mentions (and I have no idea how valid) is that vampires AND werewolves are in :)

Let's hope they're right..

One common thing about Skyrim is everything seems big! Big Giants, mammoths, huge dragons.

And behold, a bigger species of mudcrab!

Are you serious or joking?

Poor xbox magazine probably doesn't understand what saying werewolves are in means.

What Xbox magazine is this?

I think they are referring to OXM (Official Xbox Magazine).

You can buy digital issues online here: https://shop.futureus.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/CategoryDisplay?storeId=17651&catalogId=19453&categoryId=336141&sourcekey=CCBOXBI

Unfortunately they don't have the Nov 2011 issue up yet.

Guys, the OP read the article and posted a summary. He even detailed the new screens. He said nothing about werewolves.

:lmao: I think that's going to be my character's first major objective.

I wonder if the summons limit applies to resurrected corpses. For example, you start out being able to summon only one creature but there is a perk that allows you to summon two. If you resurrect someone, do you think it counts against the summons limit? Or can you resurrect a few creatures and summon others at the same time?

the article says absolutely nothing about werewolves or vampires for that matter.

I did forget one awesome screenshot though.

it shows the first person perspective of the player fighting a bald orc who is in mid swing with a two handed hammer (iron i think), he is in what looks like iron armor that has some studs. the player is wielding a fire spell and an iron sword.

this is in the november issue (US) of the official xbox magazine. sorry I didnt clarify earlier.

I didn't break any rules.

As Luke said, he was just stating a general opinion. Is stating an opinion breaking the rules? If so, I'm jumping this ship.

the second shows the player using alchemy equipment from the 3rd person perspective. in the device is a green liquid and gas. the player is hunched over a mortar and pestal. he is wearing a blue/purple robe and a greyish hood which draqes over his shoulders and back a bit.

fifth we see what looks like the player with a companion in a partially flooded dungeon, they are approaching a skeleton that is shackled to a post with water pouring down over him.

player shooting a bear with an enchanted glowing bow (this looks really cool)

a giant mudcrab, looks freaking huge.

crap now I need new underwear :(

How can you keep on trollin' when were are hatin'?

Seriosly if the OP says there were no word about werewolves nor vampires you still keep on lying :sadvaultboy:

Man read the entire thread - 2 different versions of the mag (UK vs. US)

I'm not trolling only giving facts of what I read. The UK version is available online if you know where to look I'm sure someone else here can find it and back me up...
