I've thought about this too, even if condems did exist in Fallout's world I doubt the shady characters who hang out at Moriarty's Saloon would bother to use them. My guess is that maybe she either gives herself an abortion every time she gets pregnant, or she dumps her bastard babies off at Little Lamplight after giving birth to them. :shrug:

Some are born there, others are orphans who have been taken in by the Lamplighters. Bryan Wilks is an example of how it works, you have the option of asking the Mayor if he will let Bryan live there.

I can well imagine prosttutes like Nova and Silver would give up their bastards to Little Lamplight that way they don't have to take care of them (because most likely thay can't afford it) but they'll at least feel better knowing the kids have a safe place to live.

Yep that kid, you can either ask his cousin Vera in Rivet City to adobt him, ask the Lamplighters if they'll let him live with them, or sell him to the Slavers.

True. I mean I'm not an expert on how prostitution and pimping works, but I can imagine that many pimps force their prosttutes to get an abortion to prevent them from having unwanted kids. However in Eulogy Jone's case I can imagine he would see the offspring of his prosttute bodyguards as good slave material and keep them alive.

Maybe, despite the post apocalyptic setting, they still have accurate and foolproof sixual protection and contraception.
It is 2077 the Great War started, they had mechanical horses, flying cars, space travel, intelligent computers, robots, and giant guns and ships.
They probabely mastered contraception a long time ago.

They could give a injection once 3 times a month or longer and you are protected.

There is not a lot of immorality of the unwanted children sort in Fallout 3, thankfully.

Or she is sterile.

They won't need to have abortions if they have good protection and pills.

Nova strikes me as being in control. She would use contraception or be sterile.

I woundn't call Crimson and Clover prosttutes, though, I'd say they're six slaves. That would probably make a difference because he's not worried about they're pregnancies interupting buissness or anything like that.
