happen, considering Bethesda has made the comment that they didn't buy the entire IP outright just to make 1 game. It's as sure a thing as a sunrise in the morning.
I'm here to recruit a team of talented graphic artists, writers, voice actors, composers and others who would be interested in helping me produce this mod. As the game is not out yet and we don't have access the engine or anything to do with it, we would be limited in what we can start working on at the moment, but trust me, there is still going to be a lot to do. This project will be a massive undertaking, it will be the size of at least a full official DLC, and hopefully bigger. at least 20+ hours of game play, complete with a main questline, side quests, 'guild' questlines and an entirely new custom-built location. New weapons and in-game items as well as a new soundtrack will be included along with it.
---below is a climactic description of the mod plus a little extra---
Around the second half of the 21st century, international tensions are ever increasing. Political backstabbing and espionage are commonplace and the world is ready to explode into war. People are worried for their safety as global conflict on an unparalleled scale seems more and more likely every day. Vault-Tec, a United States government-contractor begins construction of vaults, underground shelters meant to be habited for hundreds of years in the event of a nuclear catastrophe. Another company (yet to be named) deemed the vaults an 'economically friendly option to post-nuclear survival, and sought to create a more luxurious method to surviving the impending war. After much deliberation it was decided that instead of going down, they must go up. Construction on the ambitious project began immediately, shuttle after shuttle was launched under the guise of satellite repair to bring the supplies and manpower needed to construct a super-massive orbital space station. It was designed to be self sustaining, gating its own oxygen, generating its own power and growing its own food, and it was designed to remain habitable for a very, very long time. The space station was kept secret from the general public, only revealed to rich, powerful and famous. By 2074 construction is nearly complete, and the station is deemed mostly habitable. During the last years before the bombs fell there was a rash of celebrity and government 'disappearances', as the increasing tension and threat of war drove many to leave for the station as soon as they could. On October 23rd, 2077 everyone's worst fears were confirmed as a nuclear attack was launched. The last shuttle for the station carrying important supplies and another wave of residents launched early, in a successful attempt to outrun the bombs.
Years later (whenever fallout 4 is set) the station has fallen into impoverished decay and violent civil unrest. Overpopulation and a totalitarian regime has created chaos, revolution and anarchy. Several anti-government factions arose and battle the ruling forces and each other, vying for control of the station. A supply shuttle that has returned to earth to gather much needed supplies is attacked and sends out a distress signal to the station, pleading for help. The team is wiped out by an attacking raider force, but not before also broadcasting an encoded distress signal across the wasteland. After decoding the message, an adventurer finds the remains of the decimated shuttle and the crew. Another shuttle descends from the sky and lands nearby. A full squad of heavily armed men exit the rear hatch and surround the adventurer, before he can make a move he hears a muted pop and feels sharp pain in his neck. He reaches up to check what his him and pulls out a dart. Starting to feel sluggish he falls to his knees. His eyes blur as one of the soldiers begin walking toward him. As the soldier draws near, the player begins to reach out toward the incoming figure. Suddenly the soldier lifts up his rifle and smack the explorer in the head the stock, causing his to tumble over and black out.

For those of you who are interested, head on over to http://www.theundertaking.co.nf/forum. The recruitment process is somewhat stringent, as for obvious reasons, but not too bad. If you ever visit without the link, be sure to add the '/forum' as the website is still under construction and doesn't have a home page yet. Most of the threads in the forum are invisible to guests and normal members, you have to actually sign up to help to see beyond general discussion and the new members thread.
For those of you who are interested but want to see a preview of my work before you head on over, my computer recently crashed and I don't have much to show besides this rifle I started last week that is nearing completion.
