Prior to 1.3 locations marked as CLEAR would eventually respawn, and when this happened the CLEAR notification would disappear until I recleared the area again. Since 1.3 any locations marked CLEAR seem to be permanently marked and never properly respawn.


In addition I'm noticing strange respawn mechanics across many locations. Places that reliably used to respawn either aren't any more or seem to only ever respawn the loot but not the enemies. I'm now about 50 hours into a game and Museum of Freedom and the satellite station northeast of Concord haven't respawned once despite these both having been cleared within the first few hours, and both of these used to reliably respawn on previous patches. I have my suspicions of many other locations as well.


Right now I have 22 locations marked CLEAR on my map at once. Nothing has uncleared. This has simply never happened in the past as they'd be respawning while I do other places, so I'm fairly certain something's not working right.
