My gut feeling tells me he will not benefit from Luck. But he should benefit from the resistance to human attack. Probably will have to wait for the GECK so that the resource files can be examined.

I gave my followers legendary wounding weapons which causes + 25 bleed damage.

yeah, i gave him a minigun and ammo, he uses that and i get a graphic representation of it, but when i put armor on him, i get no graphics of it. seems he will not fit in power armor either :-(

i used dog as my companion early in the game, lvl 1-15 now a 52 and strong is only the 2nd npc i have used. i picked him to use all this legend. armor i have, now wondering if it is actually being used.

Strong can only wear super mutant armor. You do know that you have to 'equip' him with it, and not just trade it into his inventory right?

Armor pieces with invisibility works on companions. You can test "strength" modifier, by give your companion all kinds of stuffs (inclusive one piece of strength) until inventory capacity is maxed out and then equip the companion and see if you can give more items. Be aware that we did that in TES games as well, but everytime we took away stuffs the max carry weight decreased so we had to "disable"/enable" and "reset". Weapons that gives bonus to "bleed" or "radiation" works as well. If being hit by "radiation", you will be covered by "yellow dust" / "yellow smoke" or something like that. Some s.p.e.c.i.a.l may works on companions and some doesn't.

cheers,

I've seen the 'bleed' effect and increased stagger actually happen on-screen from companion's shots when I've equipped them with weapons with those prefixes, but with some of the other stuff, I don't know how you would ever tell.

I've been collecting Super armor myself, although it's a bit disappointing that I can't improve it. Strong seems quite happy in his chains, gloves and helmet though, and he LOVES his Supersledge and missile launcher. I wish he'd use the legendary board I tricked out in his inventory, but, he keeps unequipping it (obviously because the other items are actually better weapons).
