npc's and player disappear on hit

i have a question...

i just did a fresh FCOM installation, but ever since, when i hit a pc, and he doesn't die from my first hit, he disappears into nothingness. when i use the tcl command in console, and look under the ground, he isn't there. the same happens with me, when i get hit, i disappear, i can't see anything but my weapon i'm holding and everywhere is a green-brownish color. also, a breath meter appears and starts to count down, and i cant do anything to make that disappear again...

oh yeah, feather ring is a self-made mod that just adds a ring with a hell lot of feather to the entrance of the arcane university.

does anyone know what makes it happen?

This sounds like it could possibly be a shader problem. I do not recognize a lot of that stuff at the bottom, and neither does BOSS. Could you deactivate all of those for now, including your ring? Disable all of the possibly mess with shaders (not the actual shadrers) mods too: LAME's shader add-ons, ScreenEffects, Enchantement Enhanced maybe, and Fearsome Magicka.


Mart's Monster Mod.esp <-- do not use with FCOM
OMOBS Optional Combat Settings.esp <-- not needed with OOO/FCOM (Where are the rest of the OMOBS plugins)

the rest of the OMOBS plugins are merged with the bashed patch and virtually active... or shouldn't they be merged?

yes i do have a bsa for mmm (FCOM_Convergence_Mart'sMonsterMod.bsa). the FraNewItems i downloaded is the one from the UFCOM thread (the optimised one; it's called FCOM_Convergence_FraNewItems.bsa)

natural selection is an addon for trollf's loading screens.

really hope it helps, it's kinda annoying

oh yeah, forgot to delete MartsMonsterMod.esp and the omobs plugin, i will do it now now. the omobs plugins aren't merged, im sorry for the confusion, they just have stat's imported.

vector is a disease engine overhaul (http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=25835)

EDIT: oh and btw, most of the mods boss doesn't recognize are small mods from a mod called small mods (http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=19729) i have removed them now, they weren't that important to me

What is the Script Effect Silencer for? SM already includes that tweak. You only need to add that if you have something overriding SM's change to that record. If that works, it would be nice to know which mod was overriding the change. You can test that with TES4Edit.

but i didn't change anything except for rebuilding the bashed patch, or at least checking if it would merge/import TFE. then i started playing, and npc's disappearing...
