I noticed that the npcs will stand facing each other and do nothing. Yet when I come upon a fight while explore music is playing, everything is normal until I get close enough for combat music to start then the combatants grinds to a halt. The noncombatant travellers are not affected nor the missiles, though they are rooted to their respective spot. I was wondering if there is either console command or an INI tweak that can either reduce combat detection or make explore a permanent default state.
