So whenever I go walk by the emperor in the beginning of the game, I can hear him just fine, but whenever I go up face to face with him, He has no sound (No voice), but his mouth is moving and I can see the subtitle just fine, anybody know how I can fix this? [ PS. I have no mods installed, And this is for PC]

Wait, PROBLEM SOLVED I went into my audio manager and it was set to 5.1 and for somewhat reason oblivion didn't like that so I set it to stereo, and now IT WORKS PERFECTLY>
