Can some1 tell me what I must adjust...so that I see NPC from alot further away?

Or are they supposed to fade ?

Sometimes I am outside and I cant see my oponents until they say me....im kind of an assassin. but when I go outside to adventure....the bears always see me first...becuz the time I can see them...they can aswell see me...and I cant go into sneak mode anymore...

As to your question I'm not sure. I have had NPCs "pop" on me so I know what you mean. You could change the distances that things loaded in oblivion, I haven't seen any option to change the distance on 360. If you are playing on PC it might be possible...

This is the Actor slider in settings. I had the same problems with invisible snipers. Adjusted it to max and now I can snipe too :)

Dunno why default was so crappy, made it almost unplayable considering there's a lot of archers in the game.
